Refunds

A buyer can cancel within 7 days of receiving the contract details. If the file is emailed later, the 7 days start on the day it arrives.

The money goes back within 3 business days of the cancellation, through the same payment method. A card payment is refunded by asking Toss Payments to cancel the charge.

Cancellation is requested by email to info@jirobridge.co.kr. The request counts from the day the email is sent.

If the refund takes longer than 3 business days, delay compensation is 15% a year for the late period.

If the product is not what was described, the buyer can cancel within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of learning about the difference.

The list or newsletter can be canceled before it is emailed. The 7-day window still applies after it is sent. There is no sample, so sending the file does not block a cancellation.

A minor, or their parent or guardian, can cancel a purchase made without the guardian's agreement.
