The products are an English vocabulary list (₩3,000) and education newsletter issue 1 (₩5,000). Each is charged once. Within 1 business day of payment, the file is sent to the email entered at checkout.

Complaints come to info@jirobridge.co.kr. If that does not resolve it, the buyer can ask the Korea Consumer Agency or the e-commerce dispute committee. The terms stay available on the site.

The vocabulary list and newsletter issue 1 are each a single payment. Nothing is charged again automatically.
